THIS IS AN ORIGINAL AS I HAVE OWNED FOR OVER 30 YEARS. BANK STILL HAS MUCH OF THE ORIGINAL SURFACE GLOSS AND IS FREE OF RUST/CORROSION WITH EXCEPTION OF THE BOTTOM AREA WHERE THERE IS DARKENING BUT NO PITTING. THERE ARE A FEW FLAT AND SHALLOW THUMB PRESSURE DENTS AND SCRAPES IN VARIOUS AREAS ON THE BANK BUT IT STILL DISPLAYS NICELY AND THE SURFACE WEAR FITS INTO THE EXPECTED PATINA OF SOMETHING 83 YEARS OLD.
