STEEL Rear Wheel Spacers fit ALL John Deere Compact Tractors 8 Bolt or 8 Lug Rim

  

This listing is for one pair of 8 Bolt REAR axle wheel spacers as used on some of the Kubota L Series Compact Tractors (L48, L49, L Grand, etc) as well as on ALL of the John Deere series tractors that have rims that are attached with 8 fasteners, whether they are 8 bolts or 8 lugs. Front Spacers are also available but are in a different listing.

The above photos show spacers that were made in both 3" and 4" width, however other widths are also available. The listed price is for the minimum width is 2.5. I also included photos of wider spacers made in an 8 width... For more details and pricing on the wider spacers, see my other listings. Note that there is an option choice of mounting nuts.

Some rims, notably the Kubota, will use a flat hex nut as shown in the photo. Others, notably the John Deere, typically use tapered nuts and in such cases the inner plate of the spacer will be supplied with a taper to match. If you look closely at the photos, you can probably see that the 4" spacers (which were for a JD) have the taper while the 3" spacers (which were for a Kubota L48) do not.

There are two variants of Kubota OEM rims that use different mounting lug nuts. An earlier nut which is a standard 16mm hex nut and a later which is a heavy hex nut and the heavy nut requires a longer stud. When you order, I will need to know which style your machine uses so that I can install the proper fasteners. Each pair is individually made to order according to your width request and mounting nut choice so be sure to build the fabrication time into your expectations and place your order before you desperately need them!
